What Do We Want?
To be happy, to enjoy life, to be loved, to be successful, to have satisfying relationships, to feel good about ourselves.
As a therapist, I have learned that life is hard and at times painful. That we at times endure great suffering, we get stuck, and unable to move forward on our life’s journey or unable to feel the connection to our Source, to life, to our relationships with others, or to find joy. This is common and universal in our life experience. There are things that we do, conditioned physical responses, unhealthy thought patterns and ruminating on story lines which can amplify our suffering, contribute to our being stuck and interfere with our ability to experience the joy of living.
As humans we have been created as social beings. We have risen and thrived through working together and helping each other. We are able to give help and at times we need help. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space in which change and healing can occur.
